Who are you?

What a powerful question when asked the right way. Often times you will hear this coming from someone in a attacking form. What would happen if we started directing this question to ourselves? 

Do I portray who I really am?

Am I more concerned with what people see on the outside 

or am I more concerned with what is rooted on the inside 

that manifests on the outside?

What are people learning from me?

People won't follow the big talk or the flashiness of a leader, they will follow the sincerity and the transparency  of their leader. What are you working on?

Worth the wait

 I was always taught that good things are worth waiting for. The more that I observe the more that I am beginning to realize that our generation has yet to learn that life's lessons are learned by the process of waiting. 

What was the last thing that I waited for?

What could I have held out longer for?

When was the last time that I could have avoided a problem by simply waiting?
